Tycron is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. This job requires strong level of independent thinking.
The jobholder is required to apply financial markets knowledge for delivering solutions, be able to track multiple initiatives and run multiple tasks concurrently.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
2-4 years of relevant experience in the Financial Markets domain
Strong understanding of Financial Products (from Vanilla to Exotic Payoffs)
Strong understanding of full Trade Lifecycle (Front-to-Back Processing)
Experience in Preparing Project SDLC such as Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Preparing Test Scenarios + Test Cases for SIT, QA and UAT and Preparing Runbooks / Deployment Documents
Knowledge of Financial Software applications such as Murex, Sophis, Omega, etc. is a plus
Soft skills:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
Strong verbal and written skills are essential
Good Communication Skills to engage Technical & Functional Users and Stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Develop & Implement Solutions around systems & Process in the Financial Markets & Risk Space as part of the IT Solution Delivery Team
Gather Requirements and Analyze and Prepare Business Requirement Documents
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
Prepare Functional & Technical Specifications
Prepare and Execute Technical Build
Create SIT & QA Test Scenarios / Test Cases
Supporting the Users during UAT
Deployment & Post Production Support
Participate in Working Committees to Provide updates (Technical & Functional) and highlight issues/risks to Project Stakeholders if required
